Manifesting with Angels with Carmela Cox

She is in the money manifestation movement and the work that she does in the world. I find so fascinating. So cool. In fact, I just want to like dive in and learn more about it.

[00:00:26] Jamie: So I’m like, Carmela, will you come on the podcast and talk more about what you do? Cause I’m so fascinated by it. So Carmela is an intuitive angel coach and she helps people connect with their angels. And so we’re going to talk all about that today and how you can combine working, With the unseen, whether that’s angels, God, universe, right?

[00:00:49] Jamie: How to blend that with your manifestation practice and process and how to let Something kind of beyond you, guide you and support you knowing that you’re [00:01:00] not alone. And so Carmela, do you want to share a little bit more about what you do? Welcome to the podcast. Thank you for being here. 

[00:01:10] Carmela: Thank you. I am so excited to be here.

[00:01:14] Carmela: I listen to your podcast all the time and I’m like, Oh my gosh, I get to be a guest. So thank you. Um, And I so love what I do. So I’m beyond excited to share about it. Um, so I am an angel intuitive coach and also an angel reader. So what I get to do is I have the pleasure of teaching people how to connect with their angels.

[00:01:33] Carmela: And people may be like, Oh, Why? Why would I want to do this? And I promise you, when you connect with your angels, when you have this beautiful relationship with them, life becomes so much easier. It flows more, you feel lighter, it’s more joyful. So I get to work with people on what their specific goals are, their visions, their dreams, and help them to achieve it in a [00:02:00] way that doesn’t feel hard.

[00:02:02] Carmela: or doesn’t feel overwhelming and it feels very much of love and support. They find the courage to go after what it is that they want because they know they’re being held and guided by their angels and that everything, even when little hiccups come along the way, even when little challenges come along the way, even when it looks like, Oh my gosh, things are falling apart and it’s not working.

[00:02:26] Carmela: You have this beautiful foundation with your angels and know that You’re going to be okay. You are held. You were supported and you learn from this to help you to grow. So I love helping people connect with their angels and also their intuition. So they start trusting themselves more and going after anything they want, whether it’s Careers, relationships, just better understanding of themselves, this beautiful work life balance.

[00:02:51] Carmela: Um, so I do that and then also angel readings where people love clarity or have any questions about, Hey, I just got this brand new [00:03:00] job. I would love some guidance with that or, Hey, I’m in this relationship and I would love to know what can I do to help it feel really fulfilling. So I dive in and connect with their angels in that way.

[00:03:10] Carmela: sense, but all things, angels love and light. And it’s great. I love what I do. 

[00:03:15] Jamie: I’m so giddy because I have so many questions for you. I’m all for it. So my first 

[00:03:21] Carmela: question, 

[00:03:22] Jamie: like, how did you get into this? 

[00:03:24] Carmela: Yeah, it’s so funny. Cause I, it feels like a long time ago. And at the same time, it feels like, Not that long ago.

[00:03:30] Carmela: And it is a combination of the two. Um, so I was looking back at like my, I was like, when did I get started at all this? So I found all my like emails and my courses and things that I did. So it was in 2016. So not that long ago, but like such a long amount of time. And I guess I’ve always been connected with my intuition, always believed in God, spirit, universe, whichever word you like to use.

[00:03:52] Carmela: But, um, yeah. I remember getting a deck of angel oracle cards. I can’t remember how I got [00:04:00] them, which is hilarious because that’s how life works. I don’t know if it was a gift, if I bought it, but I got this deck and I would pick a card and the beautiful watercolor artwork of the angels were just so light and gentle.

[00:04:11] Carmela: And then the messages were like, love, Joy. And I was like, Oh my gosh, I want to be in this world. What is this? And then I just dove head on. I got teachers. I took class after class. I read books and I just learned so much about angels, learned so much about intuition. And I first started, um, doing angel readings, um, where people would come to me and I would connect with their angels and provide guidance with that.

[00:04:35] Carmela: What beautiful messages their angels had for them. And I still do that. But I added on the coaching about, um, almost two years ago, a little less than two years ago. And I was like, Oh my goodness, this is amazing. Cause I was previously an elementary school teacher. So I love teaching and I was like, Oh, I get to teach, but with adults and in a different way.

[00:04:54] Carmela: Yes. Oh my goodness. So that’s how that kind of came to be was the idea of it. And [00:05:00] I just dove in and couldn’t get enough and just studied and learned and teachers and mentors and classes and still do and love it so much. 

[00:05:07] Jamie: My gosh, I love that! It’s so wild that you say that because I also got an angel deck, Oracle deck, um, that is still to this day, my favorite deck.

[00:05:22] Jamie: It’s, it’s all about like receiving messages from the angels. I think I was adoring virtue deck. Um, 

[00:05:28] Carmela: me too. Me too. I wonder 

[00:05:31] Jamie: if it’s the same deck. It’s to this day, my favorite deck, because when I, I there’s, I like a lot of decks I, and you know, Oracle cards are a great way to tap into your intuition to hear from either your angels or.

[00:05:47] Jamie: Just really tapping into the messages. I think the universe sends you just what you need. It’s always wild. I feel like every time I pull it, I’m like, of course, of course. And yes, it’s my [00:06:00] favorite one. It’s my first one like you. I have no idea where I got it. Got it from like, no idea at all, many moves, there are many decisions, all kinds of things.

[00:06:12] Jamie: So I love that. And I’m curious, is that when you got that, was that Something that opened you up to angels or have you always had access to your angels? Like I’d love to hear more about that. 

[00:06:26] Carmela: Yeah, that definitely opened it up. I, you know, again, I was into intuition, believed in God. I didn’t know about the angelic realm until I got that deck.

[00:06:35] Carmela: And I was just like, Oh, these angels feel and the cards and the message and the. The, the paintings on the cards just felt, just felt so gentle, light, and loving. And I was like, oh, I love this. I was like, angels, oh, I want to know more. And then dove in into how to connect with your angels, who they are, how they’re part of your beautiful spiritual team, how they can help you with anything.

[00:06:57] Carmela: Everything, but it was that deck [00:07:00] that got me into the angelic realm. 

[00:07:04] Jamie: So I feel like there’s probably so many listeners that are saying, wait, I want to learn more about this. What do you mean by angels? Do we all have angels? What do you wish people knew about angels? Yes. 

[00:07:18] Carmela: The one thing I want people to know is that we are not here on earth to do it by ourselves to feel really like it’s challenging and hard.

[00:07:29] Carmela: And I think so many of us were trying to do it all. We’re like, okay, I have to figure out the solutions. There are these problems. I got to do it. I don’t know if I should go this way or that way. I have to figure it out. And I so want people to know that they have their angels who are here with them. So everyone has their, They’re guardian angel, their, their main angel that they are born with.

[00:07:50] Carmela: That’s been through that many lifetimes actually. And I think of them as like your best buddy. So I also, another thing is I wonder how easy it is to connect with your angels. So you have like this [00:08:00] best buddy who’s there for you. through thick and thin who you can just talk to about your day and literally like, Hey, how you doing?

[00:08:07] Carmela: I’m doing great. This is what I’m doing. Like, just like you would a friend, like you’d pick up the phone and you just start talking to them. Um, so talking to your angel, let, let that, and if you’re going through anything where you need some help just saying, Hey, this is what’s going on. I need some help.

[00:08:21] Carmela: Thank you. Um, so yeah, you’re like your best friend, your buddy that you have. So yeah. Since birth through many lifetimes over and over again, that’s there for you. And then you also have other angels that come into your life and may at certain periods of your time and then may go. So I remember there was a period of time, like years ago when I was first starting this, where I needed like that extra.

[00:08:42] Carmela: extra, extra, extra comfort and love, lots of changes going on. And I had another angel come in during that time. And then that was it, you know, and every once in a while she’ll pop in. But for the most part, it was like during that time, but yes, you have your main angels. That’s just with you and guiding you.

[00:08:58] Carmela: And then you have your other beautiful [00:09:00] angels around you. So they’re just all part of this beautiful spiritual team that you have. You know, you have God, universe source, you have your angels. Some people also have their ancestors, spirit guides. And I say the more, the merrier who everybody let’s go come and help me.

[00:09:16] Carmela: Yes. Everybody jump on board. Uh, but the one thing with angels is it’s always a gentle love and guidance. And that’s, you just feel that energy. 

[00:09:27] Jamie: Gosh, I love that so much. And that’s something I have tapped into. And sometimes I forget that they’re there, right? Like, I’ll have seasons where I’m very connected to that.

[00:09:37] Jamie: Not that I see it or anything. I just, I’ll tend to like, ask more. I’ll ask for more support from the Unseen Team. That’s how I think of it as my Unseen Team, which like you, it’s like, there’s God, there’s universe, there’s, The angels, my guardian angel, there’s, um, like you said, the, my ancestors. And I love, it’s like, I love being able to tap into that, to [00:10:00] ask for support.

[00:10:01] Jamie: And it does feel like, oh my gosh, there’s, there’s something back in me here. It’s not me alone. And I feel so much better when I do it. And then sometimes I forget all of that is there and I get it all on my own, but it feels so much better whenever, you know, there is support. Beyond, you know, and it’s actually something that I too practice.

[00:10:25] Jamie: I pro I’m definitely not as, uh, seasoned as you are at this. And I know that you’ve been actually studying it, which I think is so cool. So I’m curious, how do you, um, access your angels? Do you see them? Do you hear messages? Like, what does that look like for you? 

[00:10:43] Carmela: Yeah, it’s I love that because for everyone it is a little different for me.

[00:10:47] Carmela: I hear them and it’s just like a Knowing or they talk to me So I’ll get like what I call downloads or messages and I’ve gotten to the point because I work with my angel students so much and such as [00:11:00] beautiful relationship where if I need help, I’ll ask for it. You know, like, okay, this is what’s going on.

[00:11:04] Carmela: Okay. I say, release it. But there’s so many other times I’m just going on about my day and we just have this relationship where I’ll just get information. Like I’m, you know, washing my hands in the bathroom and like, Oh, okay. It just got the next great, you know, course that I want to do. And it just literally every single detail just downloads or, you know, something I was thinking about and I’m in the kitchen, I’m like, Oh, Okay.

[00:11:26] Carmela: Thank you. We’re going to do that. So for me, I hear them and it’s just, it’s not this, you know, big booming voice or anything. It’s just very much like, Hey, do this. I’m like, okay. Um, and it’s, and it’s gentle. And it’s just as, just as if a friend, again, just talking to you. So that’s how I usually hear my angels.

[00:11:45] Carmela: Um, I also get messages. Um, I’m also a musician. I haven’t like picked up my, my main instruments fluid and I haven’t picked it up in a while. And every once that’s the message I’m like, you need to come on. He brought you joy. Go back to that. So I need to do that. [00:12:00] But I played instruments like elementary school through college, loved it.

[00:12:03] Carmela: So I get messages and music as well. So like a certain song will play, like I’ll wake up or in the middle of the day, like either the lyrics. or a certain part of the chorus or the title and I’ll go through in my head. I’m like, okay, there’s a message here and I’ll go through and then I’ll like, Oh, there’s the line or there’s a couple of lines.

[00:12:22] Carmela: That’s what it is. And sometimes I’ll have to play it also like, okay, got it. Thank you. So it comes through for me for music too, but it makes sense because musicians, so it’s wonderful for every person. And some people are very visual. So those are the people who will literally see like, the message on a billboard all the time or the message in a store like they’ll literally see it because they’re very visual.

[00:12:46] Carmela: Um, so it just comes in ways that they just know, like, this is how you learn. This is how you’ll get it. Okay. I’ll give it to you that way. But for me, it’s just very much, I just hear them and I’m like, okay, sure. Here we go. 

[00:12:58] Jamie: Yes. Oh my gosh. [00:13:00] Yeah. Yeah. I noticed I have angel numbers that sometimes I’ll see the same number.

[00:13:06] Jamie: Mine is, I know whenever I see 1226, which is my birthday. Um, I’ll sometimes have times where I just see that number over and over and over. And I’m like, what is happening right now? You know, like what am I supposed to tune into right now? Whenever I just like, I’ll see it all throughout the day. Every time it’s that time.

[00:13:27] Jamie: Um, and I’ve had friends who have seen angel numbers too. Sometimes it’s signs, right? So it’s always so different. Um, How do you whenever you’re doing an angel reading? What is that? Yeah. 

[00:13:42] Carmela: Oh, I so love those. Yeah, so I actually Communicate connect with that person’s angels So they come to me usually sometimes like you feel like you’re at a crossroad in your life And you’re like what decision do I need make next?

[00:13:56] Carmela: I’d love some guidance Or some kind of clarity or [00:14:00] some, um, direction to go to. And what I’ll do is I’ll sit with the person and I always tell everyone that it’s very gentle energy. And, and there’s different types of readings out there. And I know for some people it can feel, or they’ve had experiences where it’s felt, um, very scary.

[00:14:17] Carmela: Or the news was like fearful. And, and I, and, um, I feel so bad when people, I’m like, no, that’s not how it’s supposed to be. It’s not, you know. Um, so an angel reading is always gentle, loving, um, guiding because that’s how your angels are. So I sit with a person and I usually start off and I just connect with their angels.

[00:14:39] Carmela: Like I literally connect and I just received. The messages, their angels are talking to me and then I’m sharing that message with them. So I usually start my readings with just saying, okay, let me just share what they want to share before we even get into your questions. Here’s just what they want you to know.

[00:14:55] Carmela: And usually it’s like, Oh yeah, I was thinking that, or Oh yes, Oh my gosh. And then I [00:15:00] go into whatever questions they have. And everyone after the reading always says that they feel so much lighter because you just feel usually come into it feeling a little worried or unsure, a little stuck. And at the end of the reading, you receive all this beautiful guidance and you feel comforted in love.

[00:15:18] Carmela: So you just feel so much lighter at the end of it. 

[00:15:21] Jamie: Yeah. Are there themes in terms of what kind of messages tend to come through for people with angel readings or is it always different? 

[00:15:32] Carmela: It’s usually always different in terms of what comes through what they want to share. Um, but usually the questions and why people come to me tend to be in certain subjects.

[00:15:42] Carmela: So it’s usually job, you know, usually career, like, um, I want to make a change. I’m afraid, or this is going on. I don’t want to do relationships, whether it’s like, family situations and they’re feeling like there’s a lot of, um, pressure on them or the dynamic feels off or they’re in a [00:16:00] romantic relationship or they just started meeting someone and want to know next steps.

[00:16:04] Carmela: And then, um, and then some people just feel as if they’re in this like next chapter of their lives and they just feel a little, unsure and a little like uncertain what to do. Um, so those are usually the topics where people come to me for. Um, but the starting message usually just changes for each person.

[00:16:23] Carmela: Sometimes it will come up like, you know, they’re saying to like, take it easy. It’s saying like, you know, you’ve been pushing yourself a lot and they’re like, yes. Yes, I know. I know. Or it’s another one of, Oh my gosh, I see this door of beautiful opportunities is coming up right away for their like, Oh my goodness.

[00:16:38] Carmela: So, um, that message changes, but usually that specific topic is usually a few main topics that people come to me for. 

[00:16:47] Jamie: And how did you learn how to communicate with other people’s angels? 

[00:16:53] Carmela: Yeah, so when I dove in from those that Oracle deck and then I started taking classes and [00:17:00] learning about them. So the classes I was taking was talking about like really tapping into your intuition like it was something I had kind of done And I don’t think I quite named it when I was younger and everything, but now I really learned how to dive in What does it feel like?

[00:17:13] Carmela: Trusting yourself and from there Um, because once you understand how you work and what sensations and what little whispers and feelings you get, I believe it makes it easier to then hear and open yourself up to angels messages for you. Understanding self really well, and then, okay, opening myself up to, okay, messages for my angels.

[00:17:35] Carmela: So when I was learning is really tapping into my intuition first and then learning about angels and how angels are there for me, but then also being able to connect with other people’s angels and being able to trust every single part of the reading. And I remember when I first started, they said, it doesn’t matter if it feels like just a small whisper.

[00:17:56] Carmela: It doesn’t matter if it feels like that doesn’t make sense. It’s part [00:18:00] of the reading and to. Say it and to trust it. And I remember there in the beginning, I would, I’m like. It’s telling me basketball. I don’t know basketball and they’re like, yeah, I play basketball. I’m like, okay, you know like or like Philadelphia Like oh, yeah, I’m born.

[00:18:13] Carmela: I was born and raised there and it was being able to trust that and build that muscle Because it doesn’t make sense to you because it’s not your message It’s the other person’s but to say it no matter how crazy and does it make sense to say it and every time You say, of course, because it’s for them.

[00:18:32] Carmela: They’re like, Oh, of course, that makes sense. So I learned a lot of building that up. And now it’s like, of course, anything that comes here, it is. Yes. Yes. This is everything they want me to tell you. 

[00:18:41] Jamie: Yes. Oh my gosh. Amazing. Pause one second. I’m so sorry. 

[00:18:48] Carmela: And I 

[00:18:49] Jamie: don’t want, 

[00:18:50] Carmela: Oh, you’re good.

[00:18:54] Jamie: I’m telling, I told my husband, don’t let her bark.[00:19:00] 

[00:19:00] Jamie: He forgets. Sorry about that. It’s probably totally fine. But I just wanted to make sure. Okay. Okay. Let me think. Um, cause I want to get right back into where we were. I love that. So good. Oh yeah. Okay. Okay. Okay. So if somebody wants to start. Touching it and start getting messages from their angels. Like this is your specialty is also helping people start to communicate with their angels and get access to that.

[00:19:37] Jamie: intuition, that guidance, where is there a place that you would recommend starting for someone who’s maybe totally new to this, has never even thought about communicating with their angels? Like, are there starters that you would recommend? 

[00:19:49] Carmela: Yes, absolutely. I always say just start talking like you would a friend.

[00:19:54] Carmela: Like that’s always my first thing. Cause I, I, one thing I really specialize in when I [00:20:00] work with my clients in terms of how to learn how to connect with their angels is I make it very, very simple. I think in the sense of, spiritual world. Sometimes we think like I have to be a guru and I have to have studied for 15 years and I have to meditate for hours on end.

[00:20:14] Carmela: And if that works for you, great. Um, it doesn’t for me. I’m very, very simple practices that change throughout the day in the week. Um, so I’m very much like simple and how, first of all, Everyone can connect with their angels. It’s not just certain people. It’s not the special spiritual people. Everyone can.

[00:20:32] Carmela: And I just so want everyone to understand that everyone has access to the guidance and love of their angels. Um, and the number one way I say to just dive in and talk to them. So you wake up in the morning, just say, Hey, angel. I’m here. I’m going to have a great day. Feel free to let me know what’s going on.

[00:20:50] Carmela: I just want to talk to you. And then in the middle of the day, just being like, hi, just popping in, just so you get used to talking. You can do it out loud. You can do it in your head, but just so you [00:21:00] get used to it. Just like, so that would be the first thing. And then I would say the second is then like, Asking like, okay, now that we got a little relationship going on, I would love some guidance with whatever it is, whether it’s, you know, I’m having a hard time with, you know, I come home from work and I keep working and I really want to be able to like relax.

[00:21:20] Carmela: What are some solutions with that? I’d love to be able to do that. Or, you know, I’m feeling like I’m giving, giving, giving all the time and I’m not receiving in this relationship with my friend. How can we do that? So just asking and then saying, okay, thank you. And saying thank you. And then just release.

[00:21:35] Carmela: And let it come to you. You may get an answer right then and there. You might get it the next day, you might get it as you’re driving all of a sudden, but just being able to ask, saying thank you, and then just release, and then being open to receiving the messages. Just keeping your eyes and ears open to when a message comes in.

[00:21:55] Carmela: And I love when people are like, was that a message? Was that for me? If you think it’s a message, it’s a [00:22:00] message. Yes. It’s for you. It’s the message. It is there. It’s yours. It’s yours. So that was for you. You don’t ever have to question like, what’s that? I’m not sure. Is that the right one? It was, it is, it’s for you.

[00:22:13] Carmela: So yeah, very much just start talking like they’re your friends and then ask for whatever you would like guidance with. Saying thank you, release and just being open eyes and ears to the message that comes in and seeing how it comes in for you, which is always fun. 

[00:22:30] Jamie: Yeah. What are some different ways it comes in for different people?

[00:22:32] Jamie: Because I think sometimes we’re like, I didn’t hear a download or thinking that it’s got to look a particular way or they don’t have access to it. Right? So what are maybe some of the, the way, the different ways that you’ve seen that it comes in for people? Yeah. 

[00:22:50] Carmela: Yeah. And there’s different ways. So for some, it will seem quote unquote louder than other ways.

[00:22:55] Carmela: It seems subtle. So sometimes you’ll just hear like sometimes like, like how you’ll just hear [00:23:00] like, okay, do this or do that. And I also want to say like, it will be for big things in life, you know, like how to help this relationship or, you know, change this career, but also starting off with the small things, like the small little things.

[00:23:15] Carmela: When you just hear a message that says. Go to this grocery store instead of the other not to question it not to wonder But why I always get my apples here. It just just that it’s the angels are speaking to you So listening to that in small ways or make a left instead of a right or wear the red shirt instead of the blue That’s how you start building that muscle also So that’s when you hear something like that.

[00:23:38] Carmela: So one is hearing another way Like I said, it’s like it’s in music like some people will turn on I’m gonna say car radio, but I realize I don’t even know if people do car radio anymore, like old fashioned car radio. 

[00:23:47] Jamie: Spotify car radio, whatever it is, right? Or a lot of times it’s like playing in the background of like a store or something, right?

[00:23:55] Jamie: Yes! 

[00:23:56] Carmela: A certain song and all of a sudden you tune in. You’ve [00:24:00] ignored the other songs. They didn’t click with you, but all of a sudden that song and it will be a certain lyric that’s also message to, like you said, angel numbers also in different numbers mean specific things, but in general, when you see your angel number, it just means you.

[00:24:15] Carmela: Like we hear you. We got you. We’re supporting you. Um, and then also just visually seeing it. Like I always, I had a client who always saw things like literally on the side of like a truck would be like the message she needed. It was like, Oh, go with the flow. Okay. And she gets it like in license plates, billboards.

[00:24:33] Carmela: And like, that’s just how they speak to her. She’ll literally see it. Yeah. In words, everywhere she goes, that’s another way to, yeah, 

[00:24:44] Jamie: she sees messages. She sees signs like, 

[00:24:47] Carmela: yeah, so we’ll come that way too. And I think the trickiest thing for people is just believing it. Right. I think it’s like, Oh, I don’t know that the brain comes in [00:25:00] and it makes sense, right?

[00:25:01] Carmela: We’re very logical and this is not logical at all. So logically one plus one equals two and we just follow along and the angels are like, well, one plus one, it can equal a hundred, you know, like they just come in and ship things around in a beautiful way, but we’re so used to a certain way. So when you’re getting a message that quote unquote, doesn’t make a logical sense, that wasn’t quote unquote, part of our plan that we had.

[00:25:27] Carmela: We’re just like, wait, what? I don’t know. I don’t know. Nevermind. Nevermind. Um, so it’s allowing yourself to trust it, to see it and to trust it and to follow it. 

[00:25:38] Jamie: I mean, it’s so much fun. Why not? Right? Like, why not play with it? And that’s my approach always. Like, if you see, if you’re like a skeptic, right?

[00:25:46] Jamie: Which many people are because this doesn’t make any sense to the brain a lot of times. And the messages don’t make sense. But I like to play with things as like, what if I just experiment? What if I just listen for like, let’s play with it for a week and see what happens. [00:26:00] And let’s play with like, accessing our angels.

[00:26:03] Jamie: One of the things that I heard about Angels is that they’re always there waiting to support us, wanting to support us, almost like, Please, like, please just call on me, ask me, and like, they actually don’t step in as much until you ask. Is that something you’ve heard? Is that inaccurate? 

[00:26:23] Carmela: Yeah. Yeah, because we very much have free will.

[00:26:27] Carmela: So the angels are very much like, I’m like, they’re always like eager, like, let me in. I’m ready to help. Come on. I want to join the party. You know, I always think of it like a door to your house that you have. And unless like for certain major, situations that come up and those are like those stories you hear about, you know, how somehow this person survived this accident or something, you know, that’s when angels will swoop in for those major life altering, really helping you out.

[00:26:51] Carmela: But usually for the most part, we need to invite them in. They’re not going to just come in. So we need to be the ones to say like, okay, I’m open. I’m [00:27:00] here. I’m ready for you. Come on in. And that’s when I think about the door opening. It’s like, just open the door and say, okay, I’m ready because they’re outside.

[00:27:07] Carmela: They’re like, let me in. I’m ready to help you. I’m going to make life so much easier for you. More joyful, more loving and supportive. Just let me in. So once we say, okay, come on in. Even if I’m new at this, even if I don’t know what I’m doing and I think I’m going to make a mistake, which you’re not just say I’m ready and they’re going to come on in.

[00:27:27] Carmela: And I always say it really does just make life. So much better. And why wouldn’t you want that? 

[00:27:33] Jamie: What have you noticed has, has shifted in your life since you’ve opened the door to your angels? 

[00:27:40] Carmela: Yeah. Oh my gosh. So, but I feel so much. lighter. I was definitely someone, um, and you got the still the little sprinkles of it still there, but like growing up, I was always like the straight A student and I loved school.

[00:27:55] Carmela: So I had no problem doing the extra credit and studying. Like it was like, why [00:28:00] wouldn’t I? Um, but it was always working towards it. And I didn’t think anything was wrong with that. It’s just how I was. And it wasn’t until I think it was like in college or grad school. And I was like, I don’t think I know how to relax.

[00:28:15] Carmela: Like I don’t, I don’t think I know how to do nothing. And I was like, I think this might be a problem. I need to like investigate. And I remember taking some time to like read those books on like how to relax or how to do nothing, you know, and the little cards. Yeah. Yeah. Let me pick a card today. What do I do?

[00:28:32] Carmela: Um, and learning that. So fast forward now to when I studied with the angels and have my angels in my life. And It has taught me so much that I’m being held and taken care of always, that life isn’t here for us to constantly work. overwork to stress out that it’s very much this energy of I’m here to enjoy and to feel of ease so I can step back and my angels are still [00:29:00] going to make sure life is going well and they’re going to allow me to what I love so much with the angels is they allow me to and let me know when to move forward when to You get a certain burst of energy, that inspiration that hits out of nowhere.

[00:29:15] Carmela: And I’m like, okay. And then I’m just up all night and I’m excited. And then also the time of like, today, we’re going to take it easy. You need to just be in nature and relax. So they’ve helped in that sense of just that balance of knowing, okay, when we’re going to work a little bit more and it doesn’t feel like work because it’s literally the inspiration they’re giving me that aligned action of like, okay, and I get the idea and I keep going.

[00:29:41] Carmela: And then also when I’m in, when I need to rest, letting me know like, okay, we need to rest and it’s going to be okay with that. So we can step back and relax. Um, and then major life changes have always been, um, Messages I’ve received from angels in terms of career choices moving across the country that was [00:30:00] all led by messages I received my angels and because I have this beautiful relationship with them and because I trust them with whatever they say I just say like, okay, let’s go and that’s it No matter how quote unquote scary might seem to the average person to me In the moment, I’m like, yeah, of course, let’s go.

[00:30:16] Carmela: You know, it’s not scary because I built that muscle and that relationship. So literally when I remember I came to visit California and I was, um, at the airport coming back to New York, I lived in New York, where I was born and raised and I’m waiting for my cab. And literally the message was you’re moving to LA.

[00:30:34] Carmela: And I was like, okay. And six months later, moved to LA. Never thought I would move, but they told me to, and I said, okay. And that’s that, you know, so yeah, I do. I know we live, I know you’re in LA too. Yes. I 

[00:30:48] Jamie: might’ve known this and I just totally forgot. No, that’s it. 

[00:30:51] Carmela: Yes. I’m in LA. I know. So close. 

[00:30:55] Jamie: Yes. Yes. 

[00:30:56] Carmela: Yes.

[00:30:58] Jamie: Maybe we connected over [00:31:00] this. I probably just totally forgot that we’re close to each other. Oh my gosh. I love that. Yes. Yes. And that you were led here. Cause I too was led here. I was actually, I wanted like. Back in the day. I wanted to live in New York from you know, I was coming from Missouri I wanted to live in a big city, you know wanted to move to New York, but it just Circumstances did not align.

[00:31:22] Jamie: It was something I was trying to force. It didn’t work out. And then a couple of years later, I was led to move to LA and have been here now 14 years. And it was one of those things, but it felt like the scariest decision ever driving out here by myself, 20, what was I? 23 years old. And it was so scary, but I knew I was meant to be out here.

[00:31:45] Jamie: And, um, that trusting it is, I mean, that’s the. Best gift ever is when you can lean into trust, trust in the flow of life, trust in the messages, you know, intuitive hits that you receive. And I love that. That’s the [00:32:00] gift that having a relationship with your angels has given you because I can’t even imagine.

[00:32:04] Jamie: Yeah. Right. What that’s done in terms of your life. It’s so. Yeah. Yeah. And you joined the money manifestation movement. Like it was at the end of last year, right? 

[00:32:18] Carmela: Yeah. I want to say it’s around October. I think it was around October of last year. Yes. 

[00:32:23] Jamie: Yes. So what was it that inspired you to dive into some of the manifestation stuff and the work around money along with the work that you’re doing with angels?

[00:32:34] Carmela: Yeah, absolutely. So I had started, I went full time in my business last year. I think it was the end of 2022, very end, end of 2022, another message I was, I was leaving. I was working a beautiful metaphysical shop and the candles and the crystals and things like that. And I was ready to make a shift. And the angels were like, do your business full time.

[00:32:57] Carmela: And I said, okay, that’s what I [00:33:00] do. Okay. And that’s what I learned about coaching everything. And I started my business and I wasn’t seeing the results I would have liked to have seen in terms of the amount of clients and amount of money. So fast forward to 2023 and I realized I was like, you know, you hear about all these coaches that are making all this money and they’re doing what they love and I’m like, I still love what I do and I would love more clients and I love more money and I want more people to know about what it is that I do.

[00:33:26] Carmela: And I said, you know what? I never studied manifestation or money. I studied intuition, angels, I’ve done astrology, but I’ve never studied money. I’ve studied manifestation, I’ve heard about it and I’ve never studied money manifestation and I want to do that. And I was like, okay, I just need to learn about it.

[00:33:42] Carmela: And of course you tell the universe and it pops up. So you were on Instagram. I was the one, I think one of your ads or something, and you were doing one of your beautiful, uh, I think three day challenges. Yeah. And I remember it was like 10 minutes in. Um, and it was [00:34:00] something, it was like 10 minutes. I was like, Oh, I have to work with her.

[00:34:02] Carmela: Um, and, and it was the, the sentence you had said was, Anyone can create money. You just have to learn how. And I was like, Oh, wait a minute. There’s nothing wrong with me. I, I, I’m not doing something where I just never learned. Well, I’m a great student. I can do this. I love learning. Um, and I didn’t join right then and there because at the time I was like, okay, money, how do I get that?

[00:34:29] Carmela: And I remember doing another one of your challenges and I was like, I gotta do it. And I remember talking to Daniela, I remember emailing and she told me about her beautiful experience and everything. And another thing she said, and I remember saying, okay, I so want to do it. Um, I just gotta, you know, find the money.

[00:34:45] Carmela: And I remember she said something like, I believe that you’re going to create the money. Like it’s going to come or something like that. And I was like, create the money. I can create the money. It was just all these things and all that was new to me. And I was like, what? It was [00:35:00] like a magical door opening and I joined and I was just like, Oh my goodness.

[00:35:06] Carmela: And one of the things, and you have all the different modules and videos and. I never, I was trying, I never realized I had, um, certain limiting beliefs about money until I was watching the video and I was like in the different videos and uncovering and journaling. And it was that I, you know, I was looking at these other coaches and I thought, well, something was special about them.

[00:35:31] Carmela: Certain chosen ones were able to make lots of money, um, for whatever reason, and not everyone can. And certain people were able to hit their goals and make lots and lots of money, but I couldn’t. And it wasn’t until I joined your, this program that I learned that that’s not true, that everyone can. I was like, Oh my gosh.

[00:35:51] Carmela: I can create money. Oh, me too. It’s for everyone. Um, so that was the main [00:36:00] aha moment. And then the other part that you teach them was like how easy it can be. And again, it had to go into me, like I always worked and we kept working and over and how like, It’s this getting the aligned action and knowing the movement to take and then being able to open to receiving it.

[00:36:17] Carmela: And I just never knew that. So yeah, that’s all what came in and I was like, Oh, okay, but it was just a whole new magical world of manifestation and money manifestation. 

[00:36:30] Jamie: Yes. Can you combine any of the work inside of the movement or any of the practices or the coaching with your work with angels? 

[00:36:41] Carmela: Yeah, very much so.

[00:36:42] Carmela: So the part about like, you know, taking that aligned action, you always talk about the inspired action, right? So it’s not this forcing and hustling, but it’s very much, you’re going to be guided. I lean so heavily on my angel. So for that, everything is through what they’re telling me. The new offer I’m creating, the new [00:37:00] Free course or challenge.

[00:37:01] Carmela: I want to create all of a sudden it’s like, do this. I’m like, okay, so for 24 hours on stories, I’m going to have this new offer and let’s see, and just this burst of inspiration. So it’s all coming from that. And that’s very much okay. Angels, you tell me the inspired action and then I do it. And then also I’ve tapped so much into receiving since starting the program, because I think for me before it was.

[00:37:25] Carmela: I do, we do, do, do. And then the goal happens and I wasn’t allowing like, you know, universe is here to make life so much easier for us. And we just need to say, okay, I’m receive, I’m open to receiving something as simple as I’m open to receiving, how much more can I open myself to receiving? So really tapping into that with the angels like, okay, I’m open today.

[00:37:48] Carmela: I’m receiving today. Um, and just allowing myself to be in that energy more, more of that feminine energy. Um, and that goes into, again, that, Those moments [00:38:00] of resting again, like angels say, like today, we’re not going to do that today. We’re going to go for a walk today. We’re going to have fun. And, um, and I had to learn that because like in my business, it is fun.

[00:38:09] Carmela: So I love doing it, but it’s like, we can have fun outside of the business too. So here’s the message to go call your friend, do something outside of the business, taking a break from that. Um, so that’s definitely how that combines, but also being in the program, like I always had goals, but I didn’t know how big.

[00:38:26] Carmela: My vision could be until I started learning in the manifestation movement. Like I didn’t understand like, well, you can have anything you want. I was like, wait, what? I didn’t understand how big, I was like, okay, my, my goals, I’ve always had goals in life, but like truly. Anything you want is yours. So having that from the program and from your coaching and then adding that to, okay, okay, angels, we’re opening up, we’re expanding.

[00:38:50] Carmela: This is what I want. Guide me, show me, okay, universe. And it’s just opened up and opened up and expanded. And there’s very much this explosion and this unstoppable [00:39:00] train of like, okay, we keep going. It happens. And also when you teach about Even though you don’t see it, you keep going. That leans all into faith.

[00:39:13] Carmela: I mean, that’s all what faith is and like angels and I’m like, there are moments of like, Okay. I’m not, it’s like, no, you keep going. It’s there. It’s working. It’s in the 4d. It just needs to drop in a 3d and it’s going to come. It’s coming from the mind there. So all of that together. And it’s like that deep faith.

[00:39:29] Carmela: They’re like, all right, angels, we’re going to keep going. All right. We’re going to keep going. We got this. So all of it just meshes so beautifully. Yeah. It’s been amazing. 

[00:39:37] Jamie: And that right there, what you said, like knowing that it’s done, but it’s just not here in the 3d yet. Right. It’s not here yet. And you keep going.

[00:39:47] Jamie: I really think that is the ticket to manifesting the life of your dreams. Yes, yes, yes. It’s really, it’s like expanding your capacity For [00:40:00] faith, right? To lean into faith, which it doesn’t always feel good because our brain wants to be like, wait, I want the results to believe that this is happening, to believe that it’s working.

[00:40:08] Jamie: But I can’t tell you, I think every manifestation, like every big manifestation that I have called in, everything that’s ever felt like the impossible, it was, my work was exploring that. Expanding my capacity to stay in belief, to have faith and to lean into that, to surrender the timeline, knowing it’s happening, knowing it’s done.

[00:40:30] Jamie: And then eventually there it is. Right. And it’s like, yes, it’s 

[00:40:35] Carmela: so amazing. Yes. I think so many of us want to 

[00:40:39] Jamie: see it too quickly. And so we give up on the belief because we’re like, it’s not here right now. It’s almost. So that is what you just shared, I think is like the magic recipe. And that’s why manifestation isn’t hard, but we do have to lean into that faith muscle and that courage.

[00:40:56] Jamie: And it takes a level of discomfort for sure, because it’s not [00:41:00] always comfortable to like believe in the unseen and yet it works and magic happens. It does. Have you noticed that your business feels any different this year than it did last year? 

[00:41:11] Carmela: It definitely does. And what you were saying about releasing the timeline, because And, and as I’ve gone on this manifestation journey, each shift is just deepening.

[00:41:21] Carmela: So I’m very much, I want to say like maybe a month ago was when like that next shift and click of, we’re just always in it. It’s always working. It’s always here. We’re going to keep going. We’re not thinking it’s not here yet. Right. Cause I was, I was slipping up a little bit in the beats. It’s like yet.

[00:41:36] Carmela: And it’s like, it’s here. Like every time you keep saying it’s not here yet, or I’m not seeing it, you slip backwards. And it’s like. It’s always here. Like if it’s in your mind, you already have it. So, um, being able to feel that energy. And like you said, the capacity of deep faith has grown so much. And I say this, you know, I was always a very spiritual person, but when you [00:42:00] are an entrepreneur and you’re in your own business and nobody tells this, nobody’s talks about this enough.

[00:42:05] Carmela: It’s a whole spiritual journey. And I didn’t know that I learned, I was like, I have faith. And then I was like, Oh my gosh, it just deepened it because. Things were happening and not happening that I never expected. And that you’re like, Holy crap, what the heck? And you dig deep and it really, having the faith, having the universe and my angels there is what has gotten me through so many challenges in the business of, I’m not seeing a client.

[00:42:38] Carmela: Am I doing this right? No, where’s everybody? There’s cricket. I’m doing everything, you know, and so truly having angels, like not only helping you through and learning the different lessons and the challenges, but also the time when you just need the comfort and love when you’re just like, this was a rough period.

[00:42:55] Carmela: Woo. You know, it’s just like, okay, let me just see. sit in that energy and just feel their love. [00:43:00] Um, but yeah, from how I started and I was in how I always operated. So it was like, okay, I’m just going to be working my business all the time and I would be working on the weekends too. And you know, I had coaches also and I, and who, you know, I learned what I needed to learn definitely, but it was very, also very much that energy of reach out here and keep doing this and keep doing.

[00:43:20] Carmela: I’m like, okay, okay, I’m doing it. And then I, and I’m like, I’m not quite seeing the results though. And I’m still working hard. So something’s wrong. And then I was like, it doesn’t feel good. And that’s when my intuition was like, something’s off for me. It may work for other people in their business and it works for other people.

[00:43:39] Carmela: Like you hear about it. Like, that’s great for me. It wasn’t lining up and having gone through program, it’s just this sense of learning that money can come to you and flow to you. First of all, that you can create money. That was brand new. I’m like, mind blown. Like, wait, I can do that. And then two, that it can come to you easily that it wasn’t about, [00:44:00] and you always share this, that it’s not about overworking and hustling.

[00:44:04] Carmela: It’s, it’s, It’s just taking that action, inspired action, not forcing also. So in my case, like, okay, when the angels tell me to do, and then just following that and it feels lighter because of it, it feels of ease because of it, it feels so much joyful because of it. And it allows me to be, um, to flow with whatever.

[00:44:28] Carmela: Ideas come to mind, right? So it may not make sense in the sense of like traditional, you know, coaches like, okay, we do this course and then we do this and then we offer this. And for me over here, it’s like, oh, this is fun to do, do this for the weekend or have this special offer, or here’s this idea, or just reach out to people today and just being able to follow that flow.

[00:44:52] Carmela: And it just feels good because you’re in the energy and it feels good and I’m not forcing. So definitely since being in the program, it’s just this sense [00:45:00] of ease and lightness and just always knowing that everything I’m doing, it’s already working. You don’t see it just yet. Like you said, release the timeline.

[00:45:10] Carmela: It’s already working. And that’s such has made such a big difference because I think before for me, it was very much like, well, I put one foot in front of the other. It’s not here. What’s going on? It’s not here yet. And it’s like, calm down. It’s only been a day or, you know, you’ve only done it for whatever.

[00:45:24] Jamie: And 

[00:45:29] Carmela: it’s been able to trust it. Yeah. That even though you don’t see it. But you’re visualizing, you have all these beautiful tools, also part of the movement, um, that you can tap into and to do at different times to kind of help you feel and, and visualize. So that’s also really beautiful. So been doing that, but I will say a sense of ease is what comes to mind that has definitely change and I really, truly.

[00:45:56] Carmela: Enjoy every moment of my business and this flowiness [00:46:00] to it. I
