Hey Cysters,
I know it’s been a crazy week with the Coronavirus.
But this isn’t the time to let ourselves go!
We need our health now more than ever. Our physical health AND our mental health.
This is not the time to let our eating protocol go and it’s certainly not the time to skimp on our writing and thought work.
I’m doing double the thought work I usually do and it’s helping SOO MUCH! I highly recommend it, especially since we have even more time at home.
If you’ve been struggling this week, and let some of your habits go, the best thing you can do is practice a little self-compassion! It’s been a wild week and I think we’re all trying to process it. So forgive yourself for not being perfect! You’re human!
AND….
It might just be time for a reset.
I’ll share my favorite, simple reset tool with you.
It’s called START-STOP-CHANGE.
This is all you have to do….
Pick one thing you want to START doing for this next week.
One thing you want to STOP doing.
And pick one thing you want to CHANGE.
Then commit to those 3 things as a reset!
