I was listening to one of my favorite podcasts (losing 100 pounds with Phit-N-Phat) at the gym this morning. I am kind of obsessed with this podcast because I love the host Corinne. She’s hilarious, she has the cutest southern accent, and is brilliant when it comes to weight loss.

On the episode I was listening to, they were discussing feelings.

The co-host asked the host, what is your favorite feeling?  She said accomplished because to her, there’s nothing better than laying her head on the pillow at the end of the day and feeling accomplished. The co-host said hers was confidence. It got me thinking about what my favorite feeling was.

And it came right to me… feeling proud!

To me, feeling proud of myself is one of the greatest feelings ever. And the awesome part is, I have the opportunity to generate this feeling on a daily basis.

I’m curious what your favorite feeling is? Have you ever thought about that?

Once you decide, you can also generate your feeling… it’s pretty simple.

What can I do to feel ________________ today?

And write out your answer. It’s that easy.

How cool would it be to feel your favorite feeling every single day? Pretty incredible, I’d say!
