I want to thank you so much for being a part of my tribe, and following me through my blog. You are the reason I am so passionate about doing this work. I mentioned last week that I’m changing some things up around here, and I wanted to let you in on what that looks like in detail.
I shared that I created a program specifically for women with PCOS who are struggling with their weight and body image, searching for answers. I am beyond excited about this, as helping people and coaching them to a more fulfilling life is my absolute passion. And, I too have been through the struggle that can come with having Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, and want to be an advocate for these women.
So moving forward, I’ll be sharing all things related to health, wellness, and the importance of your relationship to yourself, and your body.
